Good Hotel

There is a mexican restaurant across the parking lot, there is an asian restaurant across the lot, and there is a a great place called Christy's that delivers to the hotel and their food is great!

The Howard Johnson Express Inn in Dayton, is a cheap and comfortable hotel. The staff at the hotel are unbelievably nice and are there for assistance whenever needed. They were very helpful with having a list of restaurants and places that deliver to the hotel accessible at the front desk. I would definitely recommend this hotel to one of my friends!

I wasnt pleased with hotel. The hotel is out dated and needs to be rehabed. Its below the Hojo standards that I excpected.

Run Away as Fast as You Can

Nothing is near by.

The Howard Johnson Express in Dayton, OH is a broken down location in need of security updates and overall maintenance care. Its been some time since I felt frightened in a hotel -- and this was it. The carpeting was dirty. The windows had weak attempts at locks. I tried three different rooms, trying to find one where the lights worked and the windows weren't hanging open. The police were cruising the area when I was checking the windows. The site is near the end of a dead-end street with nothing near by. You need to travel back down the frontage road and cross over the highway to get to eating establishments.
