Most recent user reviewsScore 4 out of 5 OK EXPERIENCE!! Anonymous, Detroit, MI, 2007-02-23 Hotel was near alot of good things as far as restaurants, right off the highway so not that hard to find and alot of shopping centers and a mall.Had a little odor but I quess that has to do with the room not being used for awhile so I bought a air freshner, I brought my pet which was good because most hotels are not pet friendly but was not a good thing to find out the next morning my pets food bowl was covered with ants so the room had a ant problem all in all a ok hotel just not one I would recommend if stayiong for a long period maybe 1 or 2 night no more than that. Score 4 out of 5 Nice Place, Good Location Kimberly, 2007-02-10 There's a variety of restaurants in the area. IHOP for breakfast and places like Don Pablo's, Longhorn, Chili's and Ruby's Tuesday's for dinner. There's also a shopping mall nearby with other dining options. The ESA-Cincinnati/Sharonville was clean and comfortable. The room was a nice size with a dining table for two, kitchenette, Queen-sized bed and a big cushy chair and ottoman. The bathroom was large, but there was no counterspace to set-out toiletries. There are dishes and cookware in the room in case you want to cook; however, I would prefer having sanitary plastic-wrapped paper cups. The front desk is not open at all times. When I came to check-in around 8:00 pm, the office door was not open, although it was within office hours. There is a phone on the side of the building to call into the office, but there was no answer. I had to wait out in 15-degree weather about 5 minutes until someone was availble to open the door. The location is great...very close to many restaurants and malls. Score 2 out of 5 No check-in clerk Paul, St Louis, MO, 2005-05-28 I knew that this hotel did not have a 24hr desk clerk so I called ahead for instructions. I was told to pick up the phone on the side of the building and someone would give me the key. I arrived at 1AM and didn't get anyone to answer the phone until after 1:30AM. I was given the key to a room that was not cleaned and had to linen on the bed. I had to call teh attendant again to recieve anther room. All of this while it was raining heavily and my family waited in the car and then outside the hotel. |
