The staff is friendly and courteous, and eager to assist guests with their needs. The rooms are well appointed and very clean, with updated bathroom appliances/ammenities and furniture, and the heating and air conditioning units are fairly new and quiet. It is conveniently located between the Syracuse International Airport and downtown Syracuse, and is very close to the Carousel Mall, one of the largest retail malls in the northeast. For the price, I don't think you could find a better value. The dining room was pleasant and a nice complimentary breakfastwas served. However,I had asked for a non smoking room and my room clearly smelled of smoke.I also thought that the price of the hotel was higher than others I have stayed at in the area and the room was not as nice. |
