Most recent user reviewsScore 5 out of 5 Early Anniversary Celebration Linda, New York, NY You need two at least two nights to fully enjoy both the Lake Placid and Saranac areas. My husband and had a small but comfortable, clean and cozy room at the Hotel Saranac. The staff provided courteous service. The Hotel Saranac was conveniently located to both lake areas (Lake Placid & Flower Lake). There was a light snow during the w/e and since the areas were still decorated, it was a wonderland and made our anniversary w/e really special. There is a restaurant in the hotel and another opposite the hotel. There are other options in Lake Placid, just a 7 mile drive away. We had such a nice time we are considering returning for another visit. Building is a bit old, however, well mentenanced and clean. Score 5 out of 5 Review Joan, Denver, CO, 2006-08-01 No review provided by user |
