Good location.

Lot's of shopping nearby with Macy's and the Manhattan Mall just down the street. Having the Empire State Building nearby is a real plus.
I have stayed at this hotel a few times over the years and have been very pleased with the quality of the hotel. Service is usually superior, but this time perhaps because it was the holidays check in was very slow and not once was there a doorman to call a cab for us. Room was very clean, bed comfortable, sofa bed was fine, noise level very low even though we were facing the street this stay. I like this hotel because it is within walking distance of Penn Station, Empire State Building, and Macy's.
