The staff was efficient, hotel very clean, and right next door to a restaurant. Bathrooms were a little on the small side, but the rest of the room was good size for a 2-star. As this was not a business trip, it didn't matter that I didn't get internet connection. I didn't notice if there was a pool because I didn't have time for one anyway. Breakfast was fine. The staff was very helpful and helped me print out my boarding passes. The location is great in that it is very close to the airport (my main concern) as well as shopping centers, dining and small strip malls. Score 2 out of 5 Convenient Location Anonymous, 2006-07-09 The Crossgates Mall was directly across the street.The Albany-Days Inn on Wolf Road was conveniently located to the Airport. The cleanliness of the property was below "normal" standards. The rugs in the hallways were coming up and could have been an accident waiting to happen. The room was stuffy and dark. For one night this property was in the right place. Score 5 out of 5 Comfortable with great access Arthur, 2006-06-21 A major mall is right across the street.The Albany-Days Inn provides a comfomfortible, clean, and welcoming atmosphere. Its outstanding features are its reasonable pricing and its access to a major shopping center and the airport. Also within a half mile strip can be found most fast food chains, good restaurants, bookstores etc. It also allows easy acces to downown Albany. The indoor pool is a nice feature. More care should be given to the bathroom/ shower area to make sure that it is up to the cleanliness of the rest of the room. Easy access to highways and attractions.
