Only negative was TV remote didn't work. Downtown/Strong are very convenient, and restaurants were nearby...very important with icy roads! Score 3 out of 5 Depends on what you need Anonymous, 2006-10-08 Hotel was very convenient to RIT and allows pets. Smoking room came complete with burn holes in the carpets and comforters. Room was large, beds were comfortable. Mixed feelings about returning. Score 5 out of 5 comfortable motel Sharon, Norfolk, VA, 2006-09-18 We went to visit family and except that the downtown area seemed quite close, I didn't do any sight-seeing the Finger Lakes region was certainly beautiful and quite accessible by car.I am pleased with this hotel on the whole. I would have preferred to have a refrigerator and a coffee pot in the room. I am a very early riser and the coffee and continental breakfast was not available until 6am. Parking and access to the room from the outside is convenient. Access to major routes and the Thruway is easy and close. Very quiet. Easy check-in and out. Price reasonable. One of the two beds was horrible, but we changed to the other one and it was vastly more comfortable. lots of hot water. very clean. Fresh linens and towels each day. Staff pleasant, knowlegeable and accommodatingI will use this hotel on all my trips to this city. Score 5 out of 5 Good budget hotel Anonymous, Newark, NJ, 2006-09-03 The Henrietta Super 8 was a good budget hotel. The room was clean and everything worked properly. The only thing missing was an hair dryer. The recliner was a nice addition for relaxing and watching TV. The location was excellent for access to RIT and interstate highways. Score 2 out of 5 Dirty William, Detroit, MI, 2006-07-27 McDonalds and Wendys, UPS Factory.....nothing to walk to....nothing elseLooked like someone might have swept the floor in the last month....Bed was comfortable, wall paper was pealing....No fruit on buffet, just ceral and a bagel. The hotel appears run down...There was a nasty note to the maids, by the side entrance from managment stating: Anyone who doesn't sign out their keys will get three days off. I stayed overnight alone..if my wife was with me, we would have gone to another hotel. Score 5 out of 5 Review Anonymous, 2006-05-27 Score 4 out of 5 Great value for the money Anonymous, 2005-11-27 Close to RIT!Enjoyed the stay but would have like coffee pot and hair dryer in the room.
