Westgate Flamingo Bay Resort, one of our newest resorts, has just completed renovation. It features 208 one and two bedroom luxury villas, a heated outdoor swimming pool with lounge chairs and sundeck, picnic tables, barbecue grills, a ping-pong table, shuffleboard and basketball courts, a fitness room, and a practice putting green. Complimentary shuttle service is provided to the Las Vegas Strip each evening at scheduled times. Westgate Flamingo Bay Resort is conveniently located just minutes from the world-famous Las Vegas Strip.

If you miss the shuttle or need to go places other than the strip, it's mighty convenient.The Westgate Flamingo provided us with a beautiful, spacious room with wonderful amenities (fridge, wide-screen TV, jacuzzi). The shuttle to the Strip was also a great perk. The bed was spacious and comfortable as well. My only complaint was that there wasn't really any place to eat nearby other than the sports bar across the street. While that was a nice enough, it would have been nice to have either a restaurant on-premise or a larger selection. Over all, a very nice property with great rooms and a reasonable price. Adam, Los Angeles, CA The Las Vegas Strip is a very quick drive via the free shuttle service provided to the guests.The Westgate Flamingo Bay was extremely comfortable, so much so that I was loathe to check out. The shuttle service to and from the Las Vegas Strip was very convenient and relaxing. Everything about the hotel is very amenable to any type of Las Vegas visitor, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a very comfortable place to stay. The Westgate does have a shuttle, but we found that it is easier to set your own schedule.The Westgate Flamingo is spacious, and quiet. It is located near the Strip in Vegas, but just far enough away so that you can enjoy some quiet time. It is actually a gated condominium complex, not a hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed there 2 years ago on a similar trip and if we return to Vegas, we will definitely stay there again. There is not food available at the Westgate, but directly across the street there is a very good restaurant called Torino's that is open 24 hours and gives discounts to Westgate customers. I was also very nice to know you are only 10-15 mins away from the International airport.The Westgate Flamingo Bay met all my expectations and then some. The 1 Bdr deluxe offered all the comforts of any home and then. The ammenities are exceptional and you will be challenged to find any as nice in the Las Vegas area. If you are looking for something nice and quiet away from the hustle and bussle of the Vegas strip then this is your place. Score 5 out of 5 Review Anonymous, 2006-11-03 No review provided by user Score 4 out of 5 Large Rooms Anonymous, 2006-04-25 The strip is only 2 miles from the hotel and the shuttle made it easy to go to the strip without the worry of parking.The rooms were large and the fact that it had a refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes and silverware made it really nice. The tiles in the bathrooms were a little discolored and the fan in our bedroom needed to be repaired. But the hotel personnel were very helpful and happy that I pointed out the needed repair. The shuttle to the strip was a bonus. It left hourly and stopped in three locations on the strip. We used this as our mode of transportation while in town. I would recommend this facility. This hotel was not too far from the strip and had a shuttle to and from the strip leaving every hour and dropping off and picking up at 3 different locations. We found a restaurant very close to this hotel, Ricardo's. the food was excellent as were that margarita's. The ambiance was very open anWe had a King size suite which included a frontroom with sifa sleeper, dining room, bedroom with king size bed and spa, full kitchen, bathroom accessable from front room and bedroom. The only complaint I had was that the sofa sleeper mattress should have been thicker.
