It was right at the beginning at the Strip, but just far enough away that it was quieter than the surrounding area and there was room to breathe. The casino was small, but has all of the basics. Overall, I definately recommend it and would stay there again. Score 5 out of 5 Review RUSS, Minneapolis, MN, 2007-03-02 casinoScore 5 out of 5 good location mary, Minneapolis, MN, 2007-02-27 if you have a car the parking is right there, not a mile away like some the hotels on the strip.the hotel has a very good location and very clean. we arrived early and they kept our suit cases so we could go out and enjoy vegas. the rooms were big, clean and a great view of the strip. the beds are pillow top and comfortable. mgm and tropican are right next door. the tram is in mgm so that was nice to use to get up the strip. we will stay at hooters again on our next trip. Score 2 out of 5 Average Accomadations Marc, Cleveland, OH, 2007-02-14 Mandaly bay hotel and dining.I stayed at this hotel for business and was thouroughly disappointed. The room was not clean, especially around the bed areas, and the tub was dirty. I was unable to connect on the internet as it kept coming up as temporarily unavailable. I would not recommend to stay here if you are on business. Score 2 out of 5 Review Jerry, 2007-02-12 No review provided by user Score 5 out of 5 Had a great time Paul, Seattle, WA, 2007-02-07 Big Hotels across the streets had lots of shows and entertainment.I liked the hotel a lot. It was comfortable and convenient. I liked the fact that it was not so huge like the major hotels that are near. My party rented motorcycles for two days and rode around to Hoover Dam / Lake Mead area. The hotel was very convenient in terms of access to the freeway and major roads. The parking garage was was easy "in and out" and well lit when we returned at night. I was pleased to see security in the garage (on bicycles)which made me feel good about the leaving the motorcycles overnite. The room was adequate. There was nothing real fancy about it although the "newness" of re-model was apparent. It was cleaned daily, but I don't think it was vacuumed the time we were there. The floor in the bathroom seemed "wiped down" from the previous guest but did not seem "really clean and sanitzed". Overall, my visit was on a 1 to 10 scale ....an 8. |
