Not far from the Vegas strip

Excellent place to stay for any reason.

Other restaurants, botiques, and grocery store were located very close by.

The hotel was very clean and well appointed. The only problem was learning our way around at first. The staff was excellent. The room was excellent.

the green valley resort is beautiful and a wonderful place to stay. check in and check out was a breeze. the food was excellent. the hotel staff was courteous and friendly. the hotel is separated from the casino. no smokey smell in the rooms or lobby. the rooms are spacious and quite lovely. the beds are so comfortable. the area around the hotel is upscale with great shopping. the spa is quiet and luxurious. the movie theaters downstairs show 1st rate movies with a great concession area. there is also a game room for kids. it's location is 5 min from vegas and there is a shuttle to take you there if you want to leave the resort, but once you check in to this wonderful resort you won't have to go anywhere else until you have to go home!!!!

Just far enough away

This hotel is located about ten minutes from the las vegas strip. The hotel is extremely nice with egyptian cotton sheets and down comforters. There is also a Bose radio with c/d player in the room. The hotel makes you feel like you are at home. It is not at all stodgy but it is luxurious. Room service is actually edible. The hotel is also has an outdoor plaza/shopping strip that contains nice restaurants and coffee shops. There is a top notch movie theater located within the hotel also. Can't say enough.

Vegas feel without Crowd

Lots of shops within short drive or long walk of hotel.

The Green Valley Ranch and Resort was a very comfortable hotel and the room was very spacious and the bedding was like sleeping on a cloud. The outdoor pool is unlike any that you will find in Las Vegas, you actually can walk on sand before getting in pool. Also the nightlife is awesome in that you can relax outside at the bar in the evening and not fight hundreds of people in line for drinks. Has that Vegas feel but without the Vegas crowd. Don't have to walk through the casino to checkin - very nice.

No need to go anywhere else!

Shopping, dining, nightlife, entertainment are all right there!

Green Valley Ranch is clean, friendly, classy yet comfortable, convenient and a "must stay at" hotel. The staff were accommodating and willing to help regardless of the request. My only complaint was the maintenance of the toilet - it was constantly running and very annoying, but I'm sure had we contacted the hotel maintenance crew, it would have been corrected in a timely manner. The District located on the premises made it possible to truly not have to leave the area. Within a few steps of the hotel, you could sit on a park bench, hear the easy listening music, sip on a freshly brewed cup of coffee or enjoy one of the many casual, yet delicious, restaurants scattered throughout. GVR - definitely a hotel we would re-visit!

Beautiful facility

A wonderful shopping area called "The District" is right next door.

Very nice facility, but a lot of hidden charges. Daily $21.99 resort fee, and the hotel charges $30 a day for using the workout facilities. The restaurants were outstanding and the Irish pub was nice.

Great Getaway

Within the hotel itself there were 2 bars/dance clubs there. I met some of the workers there as well as a lot of the local people. What made it nice was that it was right downstairs and the service was good and the music was very up to date, not like some other hotels I have stayed at.

The Green Valley Ranch Resort and Spa was a wonderful retreat for my family in Vegas. From the very minute we reached there the service and staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The tower that we stayed in was on the other sde of the pool area so it gave us a chance to see the property and the many amenities available to us. They also had a fitness room along with a lap pool in a seperate area from the main pool which made it a very enjoyable experience. The workout area had many different stations available and it was very clean and well kept. The spa itself was also very beautiful. They have a seperate mens and womens sauna and steamroom for privacy and the showers--to die for--.

There is a great shopping venue at the Galleria about 10 minutes away from the hotel. Restaurants, shops and more!
