They didn't provide the letter, so we were shocked when we didn't received maid service the next day. I will say they did their best to resolve the issues after we pointed them out. Upon check in, we found the bathroom to be not as clean as expected. Noticeable dirt on the floor and water fixtures spotted and not shinny. -- would not recommend or stay here again. Score 5 out of 5 Got a good deal Anonymous, Des Moines, IA outlet stores just in minutes, a couple of restaurants within a block and small shopping center nearby, about 10 drivingminutes from the strip.The crestwood suites in las Vegas hotel, was more than what I was more expecting I had this big room with a kitchen they even had plates,pans and silverware, comfortable bed nice bathroom very nice pool, very clean. Frondesk was very nice and guide to where I wanted to go. I was about 10 driving minutes from the strip which was nice. And trust me I had a good deal, my friend stay at this other hotel in the strip and it cost her about the same as me but her room was much smaller and she had no kitchen or pool. Good prices and good food!We loved our stay. The room was very comfortable and I loved that there was a full-sized refrigerator to store our water. This location worked perfect for us. Not too close to the strip, just far enough away so that we didn't hear the constant noise of the strip. The hotel caters to weekly stays - not overnight - so there is no daily housekeeping. From the dirt on the carpet I wonder how thourough they are when they do clean. I felt uncomfortable letting my baby crawl around the room because of the grime and dirt. The room did have a small kitchenette and grocery stores were also close by.The Crestwood Suites Las Vegas Flamingo was a great disappointment to my wife & I. Although the location suited our purposes just fine , the room did not. The hotel was supposed to be non-smoking but it had the very strong odor of an old ashtray. Even the plug in air freshener we bought couldn't mask it. The general layout of the room was acceptable. However, the carpet was filthy, as were the three upholstered chairs. We didn't use them. There were visible stains on the bedspread as well. Had our stay been any longer, we would have tried to find other accomodations. If cleaned up properly this room would have been acceptable.
