Most recent user reviewsScore 3 out of 5 Nothing special John, Washington, DC, 2007-03-13 Dining is a short walk. Outback Steakhouse and McDonalds are close by.The Crestwood Suites, Las Vegas Blvd was average. The room was no larger than a typical queen size hotel room. The refrigerator temperature control was dysfunctional. Everything in the refrigerator section froze because the control could not be adjusted. Check-in was a completely screwed up. The night clerk blamed the day clerk for improperly coding the reservations and it took over a half hour to get through the mess. I will look for other accomodations in the future. Score 4 out of 5 Nice Location Anonymous, Prescott, AZ, 2007-03-12 Right across the street is an outlet mall. Several eatings options too.The room was smaller then thought to be. It was very nice to have a kitchen in the room, however it was not well stocked, for example no paper towels or knives to cut with. Kitchen implements were at the bare minimum. The sleeping area was adequate. Bed was comfortable enough but there was only one night table and no where to set a glass of water for the night. The entire room and bathroom where white with no decorations or colors. The bathroom had very little counter space. The location was great with all the needed conviences within walking distances and the strip just down the road. Score 1 out of 5 Review Anonymous, Dallas, TX, 2007-02-26 Although the strip was only a mile away, I would definetely recommend renting a car if you are staying at this location. Getting a cab on a weekend will take over 2 hours from this hotel. The Crestwood Suites, located on 7260 Las Vegas Blvd South turned out to be a dissappointment. I booked a queen size suite yet the bed itself looked like a full not much bigger than a twin. The couch located in the room was disgrace. Blue in color, it had several stains both white and dark colors that I was afraid to even have a seat. Both of the chairs in the room were covered in some sticky substance that actually stained my coat. I know this hotel was an extended stay therefore they do not offer housekeeping if you stay less than a week, yet when I requested for clean towels at the front desk after the 1st night, I never saw them even after we were checking out. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone at all. It is expressed as clean and friendly in their motto however it felt far from that. The staff was vert accomodating w/our needs. Good value especially having the the kitchen area. It came in handy. We were close to a gas station, fast food restaurants and an outlet mall and near the Las Vegas strip. Score 5 out of 5 Two day stay guinevere, 2007-02-25 My stay at the crestwood suites was very enjoyable. The staff was fast and friendly. The room was a great size. It was an extended stay hotel so there was a refridgerator, stove, microwave. Very convenient if you don't want to eat out in Las Vegas for days. Also,it was in a great location..right across from the outlet center and in the same center as a gas station/convenient store. Would definetly stay there again! Score 5 out of 5 Very friendly staff Anonymous, 2007-02-25 Park your car at the hotel and walk across the street to the huge outlet mall. The mall is very nicely kept and has all major brand name stores at discount prices. There is also a variety of affordable restaurants in the same lot (e.g. Outback steakhouse). The Crestwood Suites have a very friendly and helpful staff. They answered all of our questions and check-in/check-out was a breeze. The hotel is an extended stay, so there is kitchen amenities (refrigerator, microwave, etc...) in the rooms. Score 1 out of 5 Not family oriented Gerald, Ontario, CA, 2007-02-19 The room I had was outside the point where, apparently, the staff gathers to talk before beginning their day. So, you can hear their loud conversations and joking around from the comfort of your bed. Be careful about walking about the room without shoes, the carpet is dirty; since the carpet is paper thin, at least you can see what you're walking on. Score 4 out of 5 Value for money Edgar, 2007-02-05 Shopping center a cross the streeI stayed for two nights, i didn't spend to much time in the hotel, it was just place to sleep after spending all day in the big casinos, I think it was ok for what I pay, dont expect luxury or any of the amenities of the big hotels from the strip. The only thing to be aware is that they dont clean the room unless you ask for it. the neighborhood was ok no problems at all. It was good for what it is and what I pay for it. I would recommend this hotel if you dont have the budget for a luxury stay in Vegas but want a clean place to sleep. Score 1 out of 5 Review Pratap, 2006-12-30 No review provided by user |
