Neither has wireless support, prices are ridiculously high and facilities to send/receive fax and email are strictly amateur ... there's a distinct impression that they know this and do not care as they are the only game in town ... shameful, really Score 5 out of 5 EXCELLENT VALUE. But like most things in Vegas, you have to be prepared to walk a bit.Bally's is a reliable hotel located in the heart of the action. My room was comfortable, spacious and nicely furnished. The staff gave us great recommendations as to the price of each, and what our best way to get around would be.We loved Ballys! Right in the heart of everything, friendly and helpful staff, great, large, clean room. Our only complaint was the check in process. We waited quite a long time to check in as the hotel was very busy on the day we checked in. I can't say that this made us dissatisfied though, as staff was very friendly and apologetic when we got up to the counter, and explained that the time that we went there were an unbelivable amount of people in the city due to a variety of things. He changed our room at our request immediately, and was willing to make our stay very comfortable. We had a ball! Bed was very comfortable, room was very clean and there were plenty of towels and toiletries. Also had free shuttle to other casinos which was great and lots of things to do within walking distance. |
