Most recent user reviewsScore 4 out of 5 Mostly Good Paul, Pittsburgh, PA Quiet, away from the ding ding of the casinos, very easy to get to car (2 minutes from room to driving on the street!) The heater was uncomfortable, on off all night, alternatively freezing and baking, but that's the only negative. Score 4 out of 5 Room upkeep Anonymous, Boise, ID, 2007-03-04 Hard Rock Hotel is next door and the strip is up about 1/2 mileThe room was comfortable but the bathroom tiles and tub are starting to age and they look dirty. Also the ceiling had been patched and it didnt match. Score 4 out of 5 Business Travel Carl, Salt Lake City, UT, 2006-12-28 Close to the strip and short drive to the convention center. Traffic is horrible, so sometimes walking is easier. The location of the hotel is convenient and for the most part the hotel staff was good. The hotel was not as clean as it should be and was in need of some upkeep. Walls were pretty beat up and empty beer cases were in the Hall for over 24 hours. As a business traveler the internet is an essentil part of the stay. To have to pay for use of the internet in todays world is unacceptable by itself, but to pay for it and then have to fight for only limited access is totaly unacceptable. I kept loosing the conection and then it would take me another 1/2 hour to get back on again. I spent more time trying to get connected than I did of actual use. Score 5 out of 5 My review of Atrium Suites Lisa, Los Angeles, CA, 2006-11-25 The Atrium Suites was quite comfortable. I enjoyed having a suite that allowed for privacy within, for a family. Bathrooms were spacious, comfortable. I especially liked having the extra vanity outside of the bathroom (allowed me to make-up, while other members showered). We needed the king sized bed and additional sofa bed. It was nice to have two TVs for different viewers. Hotel staff was informative, pleasant, and friendly. Check-in and out was swift. The Suites, although not located on the main street, was a short walk or drive to nightlife, dining, shopping, and casinos. Score 5 out of 5 Great Hotel George, Buffalo, NY, 2006-10-15 Hard Rock Cafe Hotel & Casino was right next door. The Atrium Suites was even better than we thought it would be. The staff was great and very helpful. Anything you needed, they were right there to get it for you. We checked in around midnight and they couldn't do enough for us. The room was excellent, more than enough room for all of us, with two vanity areas. A large one in the bathroom and a smaller one in the bedroom area. This made it a lot easier when you had four people in a room trying to get ready to go anywhere. There was a wonderful pool area along with a gym and sauna room. We were only about five min. away from the strip, which was nice because it was quieter and not a busy area.I would be only too happy to stay here again. Score 4 out of 5 Quiet and friendly Robert, Bend, OR, 2006-10-09 Hardrock Cafe and Casino are just a short walk away. The Atrium Suites was a quiet and friendly place to stay. The grill was an excellent place to have breakfast and although off the strip it is close to a lot of things. The Suite with a Kind bed and sofa bed met our needs. Staff were friendly and accomodated our requests. Score 4 out of 5 Comfortable Bed! natalie, Los Angeles, CA, 2006-09-24 Walking distance to the Hard Rock Hotel~The room was a lot smaller than I expected but I was very satisfied with the comfortable bed! Score 2 out of 5 Cramped Quarters Stephanie, Chicago, IL, 2006-08-28 The Hard Rock Cafe was a great experience. Fun and entertaining! The Atrium Suites in Las Vegas was much too crowded. We hated the fact that we had to move furniture to get around. The lack of water pressure was annoying and the sofa sleeper belonged in the garbage. Score 4 out of 5 Review Jane, Detroit, MI, 2006-07-29 No review provided by user Score 2 out of 5 A Decent Deal If On A Budget Anonymous, Philadelphia, PA, 2006-07-25 A good bargain but don't expect anything fancy. The hotel overall was decent. When we checked in we were short several towel sets and very low on toilet paper. I went to the front desk as I was heading out just after checking in and alerted them to the fact. The towels were on the table in the eating area when we returned. The two things I was disassatisfied with in the room was the carpet and the air conditioning unit. The carpet looked old and buckled in several spots. The air conditioning had in the living area had some kind of modification contraption on it to allow air into the bedroom area. So when we wanted to cool the bedroom more there was no way to control the air in the bedroom without turning up entire unit for the living area. We were a little warm of a couple of nights and the temperature during the day had reached 113. We liked the separate sleeping/living areas and the bed was very comfortable. We basically needed a comfortable place to sleep. We didn't try the pool. It didn't look crystal clear from my view from my room, but there were people using the pool. |
