That is the type of workout that I prefer. Ie was business friendly, easy computer access. They did not have their own resraunt, but they did have choices within walking distance. As we entered the Shilo Inn we were greated with a professional person with a great smile. She was very informative and gave us all the info we needed. She also gave us information on our Breakfast which we had next door and was given a pass for additional money off. What a bargain. Very clean with out all the noise usually associated with Hotels and Motels. I will certainly pass this on to my friends and family when they travel thru out the country and of course when we travel back to Elko in a few months, we will stay with Shilo Inn. The room was comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. At my arrival and departure times, the Shilo airport shuttle was not running and the hotel provided paid cab service for me. The wireles Internet access made my stay productive as well as pleasant. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and family friendly. We would stay there again. BUT, there were some turn-offs between the front desk and my room: the carpet on the stairs was old & threadbare and the public spaces in the hallways smelled moldy and slightly of old cigarette smoke. And the free breakfast was actually a coupon for $2.99 off of any menu item at a coffee shop a few blocks away. All in all, not worth the money. Score 2 out of 5 Not a good time.
