The Best Wester Carson Station Hotel/Casino was a fabulous place to stay. The rooms was clean and comfortable, the hotel staff friendly, and best of all, the stay came with a variety of fun freebies in the casino. We enjoyed a 2-for-1 meal, free gambling money and drinks, and more. It was just 35 minutes away from the Nevada entrance to Heavenly Ski Resort, and there was no traffic on the way to the slopes either coming or going. The drive allowed us to see the georgeous desert beauty of Nevada. We loved it!

there is a snack bar and a small resturant inside the hotle. and if you are a guest you get a coupon for the resturant. 2 for the price of 1. that was great! where can you get an offer like that in Reno?!

i checked into this hotel/casion late Friday evening. the staffs were all very friendly. all the hotels in Downtown Reno was all booked. so i thought i give this one a try. i will for sure come back. they have $3 Blackjack tables, which is perfect for me becuase i just want to play for fun.

Clean, comfortable and great location

There's good shopping at the extreme north of Carson City, and OUTSTANDING shopping at the new south end of town. There are great restaurants throughout Carson City, and it's only a 20 minute drive from Carson City to the south end of Reno, where there's more terrific shopping and restaurants.

It was apparent that there had been no smoking there, which was perfect. The check-in staff was upbeat, quick and friendly. A doorman held the front door to the hotel open each time we walked in and out, which was a very nice touch. The heater/air conditioner worked perfectly. And the location is right in the ehart of town, so it was convenient for us to get anywhere in the area. We were VERY satisfied with our stay at the Best Western Carson Station Inn, will definitely stay there again, and will recommend it to friends and colleagues!

The capital building is a nice romantic walk.

The room seemed very large and the non-smoking rooms was very clean and even though the bottom floors were smoking you couldnt tell from our room. The little patio that was just big enough to stand on was nice too. We enjoyed the fresh air.

theres a shopping store all in one mall that the whole family can enjoy.

The Best Western Carson Station was all very good, except the bed was very uncomfortable, we have stayed there many times and this was the first time we got bad beds. Its very close to all sorts of shopping, food, gas.

I liked the fact that Lake Tahoe was only a 30 - 40 minute drive from the hotel.

The person at the front desk was very friendly and efficient got us checked in very quick fashion. I liked the fact that a casino was on the property and it made gambling very easy. The restuarant at the hotel had very friendly staff and the food was good. I would stay here again.

One Night Stop Over

The center of the city is nice, and the BWCS is close to the Capitol buildings and accompanying parks, which were fun to stroll around in.

Carson City was a big suprise, and the Best Western Carson Station was an even bigger suprise. The Hotel was nice (enough) and the price could not be beat. Carson City has everything you desire - from starbucks to target - and the Best Western Carson Station is conveniently located in the middle of town. I recommend the BWCS, but keep in mind it has a 2-star rating for a reason!

This Best Western is in the middle of Carson City, has a great cafe and a very nice dining room across the street. A small casino with live entertainment in the evenings. Good value, friendly staff, great breakfasts.
