Most recent user reviewsScore 5 out of 5 Was very pleasently suprised kristin, Portland, OR The room was very large and spacious, for a minute I could not figure out what was different about the room, it just seemed like there was something missing. It was the TV, but no worries, it was a 42 plasma screen on the wall that was really great. I wish I had one at home. Everyone was very pleasant and the room was clean. If I have to stay in las vegas again I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. Terri, Portland, OR, 2007-03-07 This Hotel was at the far end of Las Vegas, so a rental car is needed to go to the strip. We were at the South Point Hotel for a conferance. Our room was Great. The Restuarants were very busy and we had to wait alot for food service. But the over all experience was a very postive one and we will return to this hotel ion the future. Score 4 out of 5 Very clean new hotel... Anonymous, 2007-02-25 Very clean and comfortable, but a little too far from the strip. Roundtrip fare for taxi was $50 to and from the Sands Expo. Otherwise, the hotel was newly renovated and nice. Score 5 out of 5 Clean new hotel away from the traffic on the strip Tony, 2007-02-05 This is a very nice, clean, modern hotel away from the traffic of the strip. If you want to stay at a hotel off the strip that is modern and sophisticated without the "cheesiness" of some of the off-strip theme hotel/casinos, this is the place. Beautiful spacious room with great bed, desk, dresser and flat panel TV. Customer service was great except in the bowling alley. The coupon book received at checkin had coupons that you could actually use without jumping through hoops. You can self park without having to walk a mile to your room. Score 5 out of 5 Comfortable Anonymous, 2006-10-18 New hotel is clean and comfortable. Security at the elevators was nice to - you can't get to the room elevators without a hotel key card. Nice choice of resturants. Located a ways south of "The Strip" but nice and quiet. Lots of pillows on the bed and good reading lamps. Score 4 out of 5 clean rooms Anonymous, 2006-10-12 various family restaurants were close by the hotelrooms were clean and service staff was excellent. casino staff was friendly.
