Most recent user reviewsScore 3 out of 5 Review Anonymous, San Francisco, CA No review provided by user Score 4 out of 5 Far to strip, and good location Anonymous, Vancouver, BC It is very comfirtable but to far to strip about 25 KM, near to wallmart. I was there for two days.. I didn't see the breakfast, only coffiee is there, but I didn't try. Score 4 out of 5 its ok James, 2007-02-26 will its not what i that it would be. but its my falt. i did not look in to it more. down town it was cheaper. and the location was very bad. sorry but it was kind of get-o. Score 3 out of 5 TOO FAR AWAY Geoffrey, Chicago, IL, 2007-02-25 The hotel staff was very accomodating of my requests for restaurants that deliver and for a 2 and a half hour late check out. But I had no idea it was SOOO FAR AWAY from the strip. I was going to see a fight ant the Thomas and Mack center and the cab fair was almost $50 after tip. I didn't have any problem with the hotel, all I wanted was a bed to sleep in but I didn't realize how far away it was from where I wanted to spend my time. Score 5 out of 5 nice get away marja, 2007-02-24 you have walmart superstore right across the street. anything you need they've got it.It was very, quiet and relaxing. no one to bother you, there is a resturant in the parking lot. and it close to everything. I also like the selection of channels on tv,alot of the major channels. I hope everyone's stay is as pleasant as mine. Score 3 out of 5 Hard to Find Anonymous, 2006-12-11 actually had to drive a distance to find an adequate restaurantThis was a little way out from actual Las Vegas. The directions mapquest gave after asking hotel their address was way out of the way and through construction and once I found a quicker way, you could not make left into hotel, but had to go down the street and turn left and come back. Continental breakfast was not good, only juice, orange juice, and stale donuts. Did not try out outdoor pool as it was too cold. They advertised coffee in lobby at all hours, but had to be buzzed in and twice had to wait while they made it. After several attempts to try to get a wake up call, finally gave up and just set alarm clokc Score 5 out of 5 very clean room Anonymous, Portland, ME, 2006-10-20 wal-mart is close by and there are many restaurants to choose fromthe Super 8 motel near nellis afb was very comfortable and clean.the room was good sized and the bedding was very clean which to me is the most important part of being in a motel.i liked that there was a clock radio with an alarm clock. i would recommend the super 8 because of it being very clean and comfortable. Score 4 out of 5 Review Anonymous, Austin, TX, 2006-07-05 A lot of chain restaurants are nearby.Score 4 out of 5 Good For Short Stay Joshua, Seattle, WA, 2006-06-04 To Whom It May Concern; The check in staff were quick and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. It was great for a short stay. And, ideal if I were stationed at the Air Force Base. However, it is a long way from the Vegas strip. I would not recomend it to someone without private transportation to the strip. It cost me a total of 170.00 in cab fare for one day and night in Vegas. Thats just #4 trips in a taxi. One trip from the Airport, one trip to the strip and one back. And, one trip back to the Airport. I had to pay for an additional shuttle service. The second shuttle service did not provide tranportation to that Motel. They dropped me off at the wrong Motel. A Super 8 in downtown Vegas. I had to catch a taxi to the correct Motel. The shuttle service would not reimburse me. They said, I would have to send a letter to their management. Transportation was a costly nightmare for me. Score 2 out of 5 My review of SUPER 8 MOTEL - LAS VEGAS/NELLIS A.F.B. AREA Anonymous, 2006-05-23 my personal experience was very poor. There is no coffee maker or ironing bord in the room.i hope the hotel provide those things.Over all it was ok. |
