Territorial Inn and Spa is located in the Historic District, 1.5 blocks to the historic Plaza, this newly remodeled Inn sits over Santa Fe's first Hotel. Presidents Teddy Roosevelt and Ulysses S. Grant frequented this property, along with Kit Carson and Mark Twain. This Inn looks rustic on the exterior, however plush Victorian furnishings and a new Spa await you on the interior. Santa Fe's hidden Crown Jewel awaits your visit.
Most recent user reviewsScore 2 out of 5 Good Location Velton The Santa Fe Plaza is only 1 block away.We were very disappointed in this hotel and feel that it was not any where near what was advertised. It certainly is not a 4 star facility. The bath room is 5 X 6 feet. The rooms amall, no place for luggage,shaviing/overnight tolietries. There is a huge headboard that is not anchored and when any movement is made in the bed, it hits the wall and is very annoying. Santa Fe had a snow storm the week before our visit. The hotel did not do any ice/snow removal on their entrance or parking lot. It was very dangerous, especially for my wife who is recovering from foot surgery. The only thing this hotel hss that is good is it's location. Score 5 out of 5 Very cozy and great location! Lynn, 2007-02-25 All the great stores are within walking distance and there is a great little coffee shop within the hotel that makes really good lattes. Jesse's bar is a few doors over and wow what a martini!Staff was great and even upgraded our room! We loved the wine and cheese laid out in the evenings, what a wonderful way to start the evening! Score 5 out of 5 friendly, clean, good location Anonymous, 2007-02-09 the territorial inn and spa is in a very good location, close to everything in old town santa fe. the inn itself was clean and well cared for. Score 5 out of 5 Treated very well Buck, 2007-02-04 Next door is El Mason, a Spanish resturant with excellent food and service. The staff was fun and accomodating. The hotel is central to down town Santa Fe and costs about half of what other simularly located hotels costs. We were very comfortable and will likely stay here again. Score 5 out of 5 Very family friendly linda, Durango, CO, 2006-11-27 short walk to Santa Fe, town square....great place, great location. Score 5 out of 5 Charming B&B Ellen, Dallas, TX, 2006-07-26 Great location and very nice staff. Just make sure that if you are arriving late that you notify them to make arrangements to leave a key. Nice continental breakfast with more variety than the usual. Breakfast however, does not begin until 7:30 a.m., so if you are a business traveler that may not be convenient. Score 5 out of 5 Friendly Hotel in Fabulous Location Patricia, Minneapolis, MN, 2006-04-28 My main interest was art and cultural attractions. Parks, galleries, and museums were within short walking distance. Shops and boutiques began right across the street; a longer walk to the river and the bus station. I did everything I wanted to do by walking and one bus trip. I was also picked up at the Inn for a day tour to O'Keef Country.I arrived at 1:00am and no one was there -- a note was left with my name on it describing where to get my key and the location of the room; it was all very nice and easy. The room was beautiful with lovely victorian touches - lamps, decorator pillows, & etc. There was an iron and board (very useful for me). The breakfast room was bright and lovely. The breakfast had plentiful tastey offerings -- we made our own waffles (easy-fun) which were light and delicious. There was high tea in the afternoon -- cookies and tea in the beautiful lobby, and cooler water available at all times. It was quiet and peaceful, but located convenient to virtually everything including the bus station if one chose to venture further. There is a spa package available and my room had robes in it. The entire place had the lovely scent of aromatherapy. |
