Only five short blocks from the historic Plaza. Villas de Santa Fe is with-in easy walking distance to the plaza or use the resort shuttle to visit the galleries on Canyon Road. All of our suites have a private sleeping area and living room. The kitchen has everything needed to make your stay enjoyable. There is an exercise room on property along with an outdoor heated pool and two hot tubs. Complimentary coffee and juice is available 24 hours a day in the lodge. All the sites of Santa Fe are only minutes away from your door. All one-bedroom suites located in a quiet residential area.***On September 19, 2005, Sunterra's Villas De Santa Fe Resort will be closing their pool down for repairs. All repairs should be completed by October 7, 2005***

The room wasn't very clean and there is not even a continental breakfast served. On the plus side there is a nice pool and its walking distance to the plaza, but overall I was very disappointed and felt ripped off. Also they want you to pay $8 a day for high speed internet in your room. Its free if you walk to the lobby but then there's a 20 minute limit, and who wants to sit in the lobby????? Score 5 out of 5 family friendly Anonymous, New York, NY, 2005-09-06 great, reasonably priced new mexican food available at Bumble Bee's Baja Grill. looks like fast food joint but food very fresh and had live jazz the night we wentthe sunterra villas de santa fe was an excellent value. the 1br suite had plenty of room for us and our almost 2 year old. the availabilty of the complementary shuttle plus being a short walk to the plaza and other downtown venues made our brief stay in santa fe enjoyable. having a pool onsitge was also a plus. the staff at the hotel was very frinedlyh however, somed communications oproblems ensued. when i called to confirm the number of beds (choice bet. 2 dbl or 1 king) i discovered that they had no record of my confirmed reservation. even then when i arrived at the hotel they still hadn't entered us in the computer. a request for late check out was granted but never communicated to the person at the front desk that afternoon and almost resulted in an additional charge. that aside, i would defintely stay here again. Score 4 out of 5 Great Location.... ROGER, Minneapolis, MN, 2005-07-17 ten minutes from the Santa Fe Opera and Flea Market by car. Ten minute walk to the Plaza. Had some problems with maid service and maintenance...no maid service on second day...they forgot. TV remotes never were repaired. Still we would stay there again if we are in Santa Fe. |
