The property is within walking distance to Historical Santa Fe Plaza, where our guest can enjoy Fine Dining, Historical Museums, Shops, and Galleries. When visiting Santa Fe experience Travelodge Value and enjoy all that Santa Fe has to offer.

That's where you'll get a good breakfast and meet some lovely locals.The Travel Lodge is definitely no frills but it is a satisfactory place to stay near the Plaza without paying ridiculous rates. I appreciated the presence of the fridge, hair dryer and iron in the room. There is no bath tub and the shower is the size of a phone booth, but the room is good sized with a table and chairs. The "deluxe" breakfast is very misleading, though. The make-your-own waffles scheme was amusing, but that plus the orange juice and bananas do not constitute a deluxe breakfast. The people at the front desk were generally very friendly. Score 4 out of 5 very simple and nice for young people Anonymous, Houston, TX, 2005-08-25 shopping and dining are about 10-15 minutes away by foot, or maybe 5-10 minutes by car, very good location.The Santa Fe Travelodge was good for those with less money to spend on lodging. i went with my boyfriend, and since my parents paid for the trip, and we were on a budget, it worked out well for us because it was well priced for the 3 nights we stayed there. It was very close to downtown Santa Fe and the Plaza shopping/dining area. I thought, at first, it might have been a bit too modest, but the pool was small, but nice, and the bathroom was a bit too small (i.e. the shower was tiny). but for the price paid, i'd recommend it to a friend, and especially those traveling through the city or New Mexico. It was a great location for those staying a few nights in Santa Fe. |
