Our friendly staff takes pride in providing personalized service to all of our guests. For the comfort and enjoyment of all of our guests, all of our rooms are equipped with a 27-inch remote control color cable television with HBO', air-conditioning and heating, AM/FM alarm clock, Dataports, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, hairdryer and an outdoor seasonal pool. All of our rooms also have Internet access for business travelers. All major restaurants and attractions are within 5 miles from the Best Western Executive Inn.

We were staying in a newer more expensive hotel but have found that this Best Western is better than the other hotels in price and services. The owner is always available to take care of any issues that arise and recognizes repeat guests. Thr rooms are about the same as the other 3 hotels we have stayed at and the price is about $10.00 cheaper per night plus with the frequent stay program every 6th visit is free. Score 3 out of 5 poor customer service jeffery, 2006-04-22 great casino just across the street. hobbs is small so just about everything is close.even though check-out time was 1100, we left the room at around 900 for breakfast and when we came back to the room 945ish the maid was already cleaning the room. no nap before we check-out and basicly ripped off for 2 hours.when i complained to staff they couldnt do anything for me and said she was sorry, butshe couldnt fire the maid! we will NEVER stay here again!!!!!
