Most recent user reviewsScore 5 out of 5 My review of Best Western Inn & Suites steve Nice people, good value good location. Score 1 out of 5 Galled in Gallup Anonymous, 2006-08-03 Our experience at the Best Western in Gallup was definitely that, an experience. We were totally suprised when we pulled into the facility to find it of average condition. When we went inside to check-in it was dark and musty. We went to our room and my mother was surprised to have a cockroach scurry across her foot. Needless to say we immediately returned to the front desk Score 4 out of 5 Location Cynthia, 2006-06-19 Location of the hotel was good for us as we travelled to Dallas. Breakfast ws also convenient. The hotel was fine & on the way to our final destination. Would recommend to others if needed for rest after a long drive through the desert. Score 4 out of 5 Review Anonymous, 2005-08-13 Well located off of the interstateScore 2 out of 5 Once nice Hotel going down hill Martha, Albuquerque, NM, 2005-06-04 This was at one time the nicest hotel in Gallup. It has been allowed to fall apart. The pool was out of order, the public bathrooms were completely run down and half of toilets were broken. When I was checking in I had to wait 25 minutes for someone to man the counter. It was 3:30pm, so it was not at any unusual time. It is a shame, as this was a very nice hotel in its day. They are letting it go down the tubes. |
