There are several local resturants along Pine street that are ok Try the Grand Motel for breakfast.
Upon arriving at my room, #113, I noticed there were several bicycles chained to the awning supports along the sidewalk. Most of the bikes had flat tires. In front of my room, there was an old pair of military issue combat boots on the sidewalk with a nice even patina of local dust on them. Upon checking out the room I found that the lamps on the nightstands on either side of the bed did not work. I changed bulbs with a wall lamp and that one, which worked well on the wall, refused to light also. Checking further, I found a fine example of New Mexico engineering in place. Someone had taken a light duty extension cord and plugged one lamp into the existing plug-in on the cord, ok so far. For the other lamp they cut off the plug, stripped the wire back and spliced the lamp cord into the middle of the extension cord, because the lamps were too far from the wall plug behind the bed. I forgot to unplug the apparatus when I left. Is the place still there?
