Most recent user reviewsScore 5 out of 5 Review George, Portland, OR, 2007-02-06 No review provided by user Score 4 out of 5 My review of SUPER 8 MOTEL - NORTH PLATTE Anonymous, Madison, WI, 2006-07-10 Taco Bell and another mexican restaurant are the only near dining places. The room was roomy and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was bleak and uninviting. I tried the orange juice only and found it watered down. I did not use the pool or exercise room or other amenities. I used this hotel because it was close to the interstate and the half way point on my trip. Score 4 out of 5 Great Friendly Staff, Slow Internet Access John, 2006-04-05 When looking for a place to stay I had two requirements, inexpensive and high speed internet access. From a hotel room standpoint I was satisfied with the clealiness of the rooms, the friendly staff, and the hot shower. My business requires me to be online to work at all hours of the day. I chose Super * because of its inexpensive price, and its high speed internet access. The access was very slow. Slower than dial-up. However I was pleassed that the service was wireless and allowed me to work where I was most comfortable. I would stay there again, but first I would ask if they had resolved the speed issues of their internet access. Score 4 out of 5 down in the dumps Anonymous, 2006-03-06 I personally find this motel a low budget, off the tracks place. When we arrived there were about 50-70 mexican labourers who were checking in. They spoke no english. Overall it looked like we were in mexico. How many of these workers were legal? Who knows, with the borders open it is a wonder. I will stay at a place where I can observe more safety overall. The place was old, smelly, and not inviting. Score 5 out of 5 A decent place to stay Anonymous, 2005-08-07 Camp Marantha is 12 miles away, and is an excellent place for family reunions of 30 or more people. They have a website.Had two rooms for self, wife, and 94 year old father during a family reunion weekend at a nearby church camp. Very comfortable and reasonable price. Continental breakfast was a plus. Dad had a little trouble getting in and out of the tub, but it wasn't a "handicapped" room... |
