Too far & lots of stickers got on the dog.Christmas Day was very quiet. The restaurant was closed - boo hoo. Oh well, they need their holidays too. Pool was nice but we didn't try it out. Oh well. Glad we could keep our little white pet in the room. He never causes any problems really. Too many stickers beside the parking lot. Dog got pretty sore feet. Score 3 out of 5 It's okay Anonymous, Denver, CO, 2005-12-25 We did not try the restaurant there at the hotel, however there are some good choices for restaurants just across the highway from where it is located.This hotel was okay for a small town hotel, however I did not feel that it was the cleanest hotel I have ever been in. Usually Days Inn is very nice and well kept, but the shower did not look like it had been cleaned very well before we got there which immediately turned me off. And the towels had a funny smell, not a laundered fresh smell. The size of the room was nice, it was very spacious but also extremely cold. The upside was that the heater functioned very well so you went from freezing to sweating quite rapidly. Score 1 out of 5 Mis-Leading Advertising Anonymous, Kearney, NE, 2005-11-23 Lot's of shopping in the area and fast food business'.The Days Inn when I arrived late that evening that the resteraunt had been closed for 3 months and had no plans of re-opening. I picked this hotel based on the resteruant. Also, the room had black marks all over the walls, the heater didn't work properly, and last when I checked out, I asked for a receipt so I could file my business travel voucher and was told there printer is broken and I can't get one. She didn't even ask if she could hand write one on there business letter head to assist me in my requirements. |
