Nice Value for the Money

Shopping Mall

The staff checked us in early. The room was very comfortable. We stopped down for dessert at the restaurant about 5 minutes before they closed. The staff gave us very generous portions and made a fresh pot of coffee. It is located across the street from the shopping mall and in an area that has many good restaurants. Pool room looked nice especially if you are traveling with kids. The hotel seems pretty safe. The parking lot was well lit and I noticed lots of security cameras. Nice value for the money.

Mall across the street is good for shopping

This hotel has a wonderful restaurant for dining with steak and fresh pasta dishes. It is a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Location was good, as it was near shopping and dining.

Fantastic Staff

Fantastic shopping: Bloomingdales, Marshall Fields etc.

The staff at this hotel were very helpful and friendly. They happily told me how to get to various places around Chicago. I enjoyed my stay and I plan to visit again in the fall. The location of this hotel is great because there was so much right within walking distance. Restaurants, banks, shopping everything was close, I didn't need to take a taxi. The room was very neat and clean. It wasn't noisy and I was happy that I could sleep late without someone knocking on the door to clean the room. My room had a little kitchenette with real plates and flatware. That was a great touch.
