Most recent user reviewsScore 4 out of 5 Staff was very nice Anonymous, Houston, TX we were out late at the hospital and we were always able to find a place to eat on our way back to the hotel. We came back to the hotel after leaving for several hours and found that the room was not cleaned. We had dirty towels left in the tub area and the beds were not completely made, ie. the pillows were left out and the comforter was thrown over the sheets. This happend just once while we were there and I noticed that the days our room was kept up, we had a different cleaning lady that did a great job. The heater had a horrible smell coming from the vent, but, it kept the room very warm. Location was good, we were close to several eatiers and a mall. Being that we were there for a family illness, the hotel was close to the hosptial where we spent most of our time. Score 5 out of 5 Excellent value Ralf Our stay was great. We paid a very reasonable rate and this included a great breakfast. Waffles, baggles, toast, juice, donuts, coffee, tea, cereal. Again, our stay was great. Score 1 out of 5 Low End Accomodations Michael, 2006-12-10 You can save $$ because there wasn't anything nor anywhere to spend $$s on!The room was extremely drafty with no heat. No blankets in room. Required all around maintenance. Tried to sleep with our clothes on. Noisy all night! The matress was extremely uncomfortable. We would have slept on the floor except the floor was too ____ cold! We are not complainers and realize that accomodations with drive-up automobiles adjacent to rooms can be noisy; HOWEVER!! We cancelled the next night's room, and made reservations at another motel with which was quiet, with a comfortable bed and HEAT!! Score 5 out of 5 Family Trip Larry, Atlanta, GA, 2006-12-10 My family and I went on a trip to see the Biltmore Estate. I chose this hotel because it was relatively close to the estate without being located too close. The room rates were also great. I would definitely choose this location again if we decide to return to this location. Score 4 out of 5 My review of Best Western of Asheville Biltmore East Kelley, Charlotte, NC, 2006-11-19 Blue Ridge Parkway entrance just down the streetAsheville is always a wonderful getaway place. This hotel is simply a place to hang your toothbrush for a night, not specifically a destination in itself. Good location in town. Score 5 out of 5 Great location Bruce, 2006-10-31 The location was wonderful to many restaurants. If you want to go downtown Ashville you're a short hop by caron the expressway.Selection of various restaurants and different types of food within mnutes awayThe rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location to Ashville, restaurants, sites, expressway were great.Plenty of room for my wife and myself. Score 1 out of 5 Review Thomas, Atlanta, GA, 2006-10-20 No review provided by user Score 3 out of 5 Affordable Bradley, 2006-10-13 Downtown is a hop skip and a jump awayThe location of the hotel was very convienient for my purposes. The price met my needs. I stayed there because I knew I would spend little time in the hotel. If I was going to be in Asheville for a lenghty visit I probably would have upgraded to a different hotel. Score 4 out of 5 Not Bad for the price Anonymous, 2006-08-18 rooms are clean and not bad for the price, however the AC is very noisy. Breakfast is not bad, too. Near an entry of blue ridge parkway, and not too far from Biltmore Estate. Suggested for the people who want moderate priced lodging places. Score 5 out of 5 very friendly, informative Zane, Kingsport, TN, 2006-08-07 would be enhanced by heated pool facilities, and lounge facilities. but very friendly and helpful staff. seemed to have new ownership. wish them the best in thier endeavor. would definitely stay again. |
