I AM SURE THEY WOULD AGREE THAT THE ROOM IS NOT SUITABLE TO STAY IN DUE TO UNSANITARY CONDITIONS. Score 2 out of 5 Not what it used to be Jeff, Harrisburg, PA, 2006-05-11 Jim's BBQ down by the Coliseum in downtown Tupelo - excellent hickory-smoked ribs and pork.I had reserved four rooms at the Howard Johnson's Express based on a pleasant stay two years ago. When we checked-in, all four of us had to return to the desk for room re-assignments. Our original rooms were dirty and not ready for occupants. Even our newer rooms were lacking - no pillowcases or towels, and a few missing remote controls. The pool water was swamp green and unusable. The management eventually replaced all of our missing room items, but it was a poor first impression. I will not stay there again. |
