We were able to visit the tourist center right next door, eat out at nearby restaurants, visit the Ozarks and Branson, and we even went to Mansfield to the Laura Ingalls Wilder house. The staff was friendly and helpful in every way. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed was huge. We enjoyed our visit so much. It is even centrally located for the best shopping in town. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will stay there again the next time I am in Springfield. It is about 10 to 15 min away by a car from the Best Western Inn.The Best Western Inn was pretty comfortable and it is on pretty good location. The room had two Queen size bed. The cooling system worked really well, even though it is quite noisy. The check in and out was very quick and the people were nice. Steak and shake close by and very good.The Best Western Deerfield was a great place to stay. I found the rooms clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was great, and the staff was there to help out when needed. Check in and check out was a breeze! Anonymous, 2006-05-29 The Country Buffet is right next door to the hotel.The Best Western Deerfield Inn was overall a good value for the money. The property is older and a bit rundown, but the room was comfortable and the pool area and the complimentary breakfast where nice. It was easy to find, centrally located and convinent to the HWY. However, the staff was not friendly or helpful, the room could haver been cleaner and the bathroom was dark and crowded. Altrhough it may be short on luxury it made up for it by being convinently located and comfortable.
