Most recent user reviewsScore 5 out of 5 Crown Center Jewel john, Cleveland, OH Short distance to Negro League Museum which is worth your time to visit. The Hyatt Crown Center was very nice. The room had a large bathroom. Everything was very clean. Walkway to Crown Center shopping. Would recommend to others. Score 5 out of 5 OVERALL NICE HOTEL BUT NEED A FEW MINOR IMPROVEMENTS Anonymous, 2007-03-04 YOU CAN TAKE THE WALKWAY ACROSS TO NICE SHOPPING MALL WITH GOOD RESTAURANTS.OVERALL, NICE HOTEL, COMFORTABLE BEDS. NICE BREAKFAST BUFFET, BUT HEAVEN FORBID IF YOU WANTED A LATE NIGHT SNACK. THERE ARE NO SNACK/CANDY MACHINES, SNACK BARS, ETC. AND I'M SORRY, BUT I'M NOT GOING TO PAY ROOM SERVICE AN EXORBITANT AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR A PIECE OF PIE OR TAKE 2 ELEVATORS TO GET TO THE BAR/RESTAURANT ON THE 40TH FLOOR OR THE OTHER VERY HIGH DOLLAR RESTAURANT/BARS. PARKING LEAVES SOMETHING TO BE DESIRED. YOU HAD TO PARK IN THE PARKING GARAGE, TAKE AN ELEVATOR DOWN TO THE GROUND AND THEN WALK THRU THE GARAGE TO THE HOTEL LOBBY. NOT MUCH CONVENIENCE. BUT I THINK THAT'S HOW HOTEL PARKING IS. Score 5 out of 5 Very friendly Anonymous, 2007-03-02 The glass walkway to a shopping area was a great treat. Being alone in a strange town, I felt safe not having to walk alone on city streets. The view of downtown Kanasas City from the walkway was beautiful at night. The hotel staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The open lobby was a breathe of fresh air. The only disappointments were that coffee was not available in my room and there was not free wireless internet available. Score 5 out of 5 My review of Hyatt Regency Crown Center Sandi, 2007-02-03 The Link to Crown Center was pleasant so you could remain inside during the bitter cols.We were greeted at the check in desk, and upon learning it was our special day, our room was upgraded and we were given a card for two free breakfasts at The Terrace. We dined at Skies Restaurant, but had to leave early due to my motion sickness (which I was told is common!). The waitress boxed our dinner and provided a complimentary dessert. The Hyatt Regency made, what could have been an upsetting occasion, a very special and memorable day. We plan to return to The Hyatt Regency in six months so we can relive the experience. Score 4 out of 5 convient location to Crown Plaza, Union Station and the Liberty Monument Anonymous, Sacramento, CA, 2006-10-31 The Crown Plaza is a short walk away. It is all enclosed so you don't need to worry if it is raining. The room and bath were very clean. The bed was soooooo comfortable!!!! I was disappointed that there was not a coffee maker in the room. I enjoy a cup while getting ready for the day. There was a Starbucks Express located near the main desk. A mini refridge would have been nice to put in a bottle of water to keep cold. A full length mirror /make-up mirror would have been great. A great place to stay. Score 5 out of 5 Comfortable George, 2006-10-29 It was close to Union Station. Very comfortable. Good bed. Quiet. With a coffee pot it would have been perfect! Score 5 out of 5 Very Informative Staff James, Ontario, CA, 2006-10-08 Crown center is very close to get gifts or anything you forgot to pack.We called down with several questions as we were only in town for two days. Directions to where we needed to go as well as dinner recommendations were provided when we could not get into the hotel's restaurants as they were booked. Rooms were clean and our view of the city was nice. The beds are incredibly comfortable!! Our door accidently did not shut one night and we came back two hours later and everything was still fine. You stay at a nicer place, and you are generally surrounded with a nicer quality of people. Would definitely come back and stay at the Hyatt again. Score 5 out of 5 Very Nice Anonymous, Boise, ID, 2006-09-17 Crown Center shops are alot of fun.The Hyatt was beautiful a bit small but very nice. Score 5 out of 5 Nice family get-away Elizabeth, St Louis, MO, 2006-08-20 The Plaza was a short drive from the hotel. We went there for dinner once and to shop. Lots of dining choices there. The Hyatt Regency was very comfortable. The hotel atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing- lots of greenery, and pretty fountains. Loved the high tech workout room equipment! Great service and good food in the ope air dining room.
