Carpet dirty, bedspread felt dirty, mold in shower/bath area, door did not seem very secure. Towels were less than average. The showerhead was good--that is about it. This does not deserve more than 1.5 stars in my judgement--felt that we were overflowed to this poorly maintained wing of the building. Did not take advantage of the free hot food for breakfast, because when we checked in the night before, the smell of smoke was coming from the bar/dining area into the lobby. I did not want to eat breakfast in a place that smelled like that. The tiles were cracked and poorly caulked in the shower, causing the mold to grow. Very, very disappointed. The pool was in an open area, no protection, no privacy, no landscaping. For the most part our room was clean. The rooms have outside intrance doors. The outdoor pool was not open for the season when we stayed. The hotel location is close to a mall and severl good places to eat. I would chose a different hotel if I stay in the area again. The staff was very friendly. Would definetly stay again. |
