Nice secluded hotel

Stay on Gretna Rd. You will find a couple of outlet malls along with great entretaintment!

This was our first time in Branson and we were hoping to find somewhere close to all the entretainment but yet far enough where it would be quiet. We were very impressed with the Welk Resort, rooms were very clean, staff was friendly, we will definately go back and stay there again.

Good, but needs some upgrades

There are literally dozens of theaters in Branson within 10 minutes drive

The Welk Resort has a friendly, accommodating staff, and overall, an good facility, but their beds could use replacement. Mattresses sag in the middle, so have been in place too long. The towels they provide are hard and scratchy.

Very Quiet

The Stage Door Restruant had a great breakfast buffet, but the lunch and evening buffets were uninspiring. Staff were very cordial and polite.

The Welk Resort was a beautiful setting and facilities were excellent. Quiet...very few children. Excellent performance facilities. Traffic to town very congested.

We liked the Welk resort very much. they were very quick to respond to our needs,we called about a problem with our a/c and it was fixed right away. We requested a room near the elevator it was done. they will book any show you want and get a discount as well.They couldn't be nicer and we plan to return in the future.

Close to Branson attractions and only about 1 hour from Springfield attractions.

The Welk Resort was great. Rooms were large enough and very clean.

The Welk Resort is a pretty good hotel for the price we paid. Its a nice, but older, hotel thats away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip in Branson.

Try to see at least one show in the attached Welk theater. Parking is never an issue because you walk there from your room - about 5 minutes.

The Welk Resort in Branson was a good choice for our trip. The staff was helpful and very friendly. They can assist with obtaining most show tickets. The Stage Door restaurant is located next to hotel and is extremely convenient. Food is average. The Welk theater is also located next door. A Wi-Fi internet connection is now available - this was added within the last year. The connection is not free but rate was reasonable. The Welk compares favorably with other area hotels and we would definitely stay there again.
