The hotel staff was very nice and accomdating. I was very impressed with the bisuits and gravy they served for breakfast. I didn't like the way one of the staircases was setup away from the staircase to the 1st floor. The room was quite nice and was well kept. I was impressed that the room had a very nice TV with all the channels, an in room coffe maker with tea and coffee and an ironing board with an iron. The sheets were not very comfortable to sleep on and were hot. The air/heat worked very well and all in all the hotel experience was good. There were restaurants, shoppings, groceries stores, museums, and other!We didn't get to use the fitness center, pool or any of that stuff, but it all looked nice. Hats off to the receptionist at check in. She was very nice and accomodating to our needs. Never got an extra pillow per request, but other than that, the hotel is an excellent value. PS - the whirlpool could use a good cleaning and a few extra jets with more water pressure. Exellent place to stay! The breakfast realy saves on cash, for people travling with children this is a big deal. There is also a game room and inside pool for the family's enjoyment.The staff was very helpful with tickets to Silver Dollar City. I would highly recommend this Hotel. The hotel and staff were wonderful. The location was great and we had access to all major roads. The indoor and outdoor pool were well maintained.
