Most recent user reviewsScore 4 out of 5 A Good Place Anonymous, Baltimore, MD My stay was okay. I believe there is room for improvement on the facility especially as it relates to cleanliness. Rooms are quite spacious and comfortable.I enjoyed my stay. Score 5 out of 5 My review of The St. Louis Airport Hotel Anonymous, Regina, SK This hotel was used as a overnite layover between flights and I found that the room and price were very reasonable for that purpose and was convenient to airport and shuttle was good at 5:00 in the A.M. Score 1 out of 5 NO HOT WATER Anonymous, Ontario, CA, 2007-03-11 The size of the room was great. If all you are going to do is sleep than stay here. We stayed for 2 nights and both nights had no hot water to shower. When we called the front desk we got warmer water (not hot) for about 5 minutes or less. You had to shower quickly to avoid the ice freezing waters. Was told they fixed it but the same thing happened the next day. Score 1 out of 5 Very Poorly maintained john, Manchester, NH, 2007-03-11 From the beginning, there was NO signage so we drove past the facility several times before we had to call the to find out where they were. The desk staff seemed nice enough, but almost every time we came through the lobby there were chambermaids and maintanence staff people sitting on the customer couch watching the tv. The room, although supposed to be non-smoking had definitely been smoked in more than a few times. Additionally, the bed sheets were so old that they were actually threadbare in many places. (In my home, sheets that are that worn become rags in my garage!) The floors had not been cleaned or vaccuumed in some time. The walls around the tub/shower were splotched with MOLD, as the ceiling was splotched with active mildew growth. When the room was serviced while we were out, they never bothered to install a new roll of bathroom tissue, nor did they even attempt to neaten the bed. Was this a good experience? Not to us.... Score 2 out of 5 My review of The St. Louis Airport Hotel Anonymous, Edmonton, AB, 2007-03-11 The Golden Pancake was a good breakfast place. We found that the hotel was somewhat run down and not very clean. This was very obvious in the bathroom. Score 5 out of 5 Review Anonymous, 2007-03-11 No review provided by user Score 1 out of 5 roach motel Dennis, 2007-03-04 This was by far the worst place I have been. The room smelled of urine, the furniture had not been cleaned in a long while as there was dust all over it, plus the furniture was falling apart. The furnace had something growing in it- mold/mildew probably. The walls were stained. The entire room smelled. It was very very nasty. Before we decided to leave, we asked for some disinfectant- we were told by the staff that sometimes they have disinfectant. Our friends room was in derepair also.We did not continue our stay beyond 15 minutes. Score 1 out of 5 Shocked Paul, Charlotte, NC, 2007-02-07 I just saw a TV show that had a new rating for the 10 worst hotels in the USA, this place should be in that category. I would have went some were else, only I was so tired due to the many delays on this trip, I checked in late 12pm to 1am and had an early flight that morning back home. The room was so filthy dirty and in disrepair that I call the front desk an was moved to a room next door which was not much better, by this time it was 2:30 am before I got to sleep with a wake up set for 6:30 am. I was only traveling for a one day business meeting and due to delays with airlines missed the meeting so the trip was a total loss for me. still in shock! Score 4 out of 5 Review Monte, Killeen, TX, 2006-12-18 1. There is a restaurant adjacent to the hotel. 2. There is a Denny's restaurant that is only a short drive away from the restaurant.Score 2 out of 5 Not worth it Anonymous, St Louis, MO, 2006-12-11 I was unhappy with the condition of the room. When I arrived there was hair in the shower, over the toilet seat and in the sink!! The sheets had stains on them and after taking a shower one of the towels to dry with was stained with what appeared to be blood that had been washed but should of been thrown away. I loved the location which is right bny the airport which provided conveinience, but other than that this room was extremely gross. |
