Not a place to stay if you want quite

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It's a block away from downtown St. Cloud night life.

Maybe it was becuase it was New Years, but people were running up and down the halls, till all 5am. Finally, someone came and got the people to quite down. I was very disappointed. I've stayed here before, probably 7 years ago. It has not been kept up very well. there was about an inch gap beween the floor and our door. and the bed was ery uncomfortable. Sorry....

St. Cloud State University

The Best Western St. Cloud was convenient, clean and comfortable. I worked out at its fitness center which was nice. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

bars and restaurants were within walking distance

i found the room very comfortable, larger then i expected. i did like the 2 chairs and the bath was nice. good location as well. did not eat their at all.

Convenient and Friendly

The downtown area is filled with all types of shops. There is a major department store, huge used book store and many antique shops and galleries.

The Best Western Kelly is located centrally in St. Cloud on the Mississippi River. The room was a bit smaller than I would have liked, but manageable. The light over the vanity did not work which made putting on makeup a little tricky. There is no counter area at the sink and it was hard to juggle things to keep from falling in the sink. The bed was very comfortable. I liked the idea of consevation of water and clean linens being up to the guest and was happy to oblige. Due to catered functions, the pool area was pretty much occupied by parties. It appeared to be very nice and clean. Only major complaint would be the noise in the hallway at 3 AM Sunday morning. I wondered if there was any security in the building because it went on for more than 30 minutes. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is within walking distance of the downtown area and is next door to the convention center. There is also access to a lovely riverwalk across the street.
