Most recent user reviewsScore 5 out of 5 Review Nancy No review provided by user Score 5 out of 5 Very friendly staff marshall Just 12 miles to the Mall of America.I was very stisfied with all aspects of my stay at the Sofitel Bloomington hotel. Score 5 out of 5 Good Alternative from chain hotels Richard, Fresno, CA Room was very nice and had room for working. Bedding is the one perk I like, very comfortable. For the price, it beats any local hotel in the area. Good place for an after business drink or get together. Score 5 out of 5 Very nice place to stay Russell The dining in the hotel is very good and the bar is great as well. It appeared the locals also dined at the Hotel. This is a very nice place to stay no matter what your reason to stay. Very friendly, clean, and great food. Rooms are quit large so if you are there for business, Pleasure or romance it works for all. We will go back. I have already told my freinds this is a good place to stay we they are in the Citys. Score 4 out of 5 Nice room Anonymous, 2007-02-25 We were in Bloomington for my Grandmothers 90th birthday. We had our two children with us; ages 5 and 7. We really wish that there was a complimentary breakfast included. It would have been much more convient. Score 2 out of 5 great business amenities ALEX, 2006-12-31 Visit the mall Las Americas great shopping centerI ordered dinner to be delivered to my room, but whoever took the order did not put it in the computer. After 45 minutes I called again to find out about the meal, only to find out that it was not in the computer. I asked to speak to the manager who nicely took care of the problem. After this, my meal was served in less than ten minutes. I sincerily think this was a honest mistake of the person who took the order. After all it ended up with a nice surprise because the manager instructed not to charge for the meal. This is something that was offered by her. THANKS a lot it shows her professionalism. Score 5 out of 5 Luxury accommodations sylvia, Moline, IL, 2006-12-10 The Sofitel is a lovely hotel. The staff is very customer friendly and attentive to our needs. The bedding is over the top fabulous! They have recently redecorated and the place is elegant and comfortable. Score 5 out of 5 European atmosphere Anonymous, Chicago, IL, 2006-11-26 In Edina, the neighboring suburb, a nice shopping area at 50th & France offers shops, restaurants and movie theatres with a neighborhood feel, easy parking, and no "mall" atmosphere. The Sofitel Bloomington was very nice and had the feel of an upscale hotel at a good price. There were fewer families, or families with older children (probably because the hotel doesn't have a pool) and the hotel is very quiet. "Le Bar" is a nice place for a glass of wine and a cheese plate. The gift shop is also special. Score 5 out of 5 My review of Sofitel Minneapolis Anonymous, Milwaukee, WI, 2006-11-05 Mall of America is 10 miles and it is great for shopping. The Sofitel was beautiful and very comfortable, the room was large and the shower was a relaxing experince.
