Most recent user reviewsScore 5 out of 5 Great Bed! Anonymous The Galleria and Southdale shopping centers are minutes away. Great dining in both. PF Chang's is in the Southdale center and was great. The room was well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. I liked the way the room was divided into a sleeping and sitting area. All in all, a good value for the area. Score 5 out of 5 Great for business travel Michael, Springfield, IL world market and michaels are across the street from the hotelLe Bourget Aero Suites were a very comfortable and a very nice value for the price. Hotel does sit in a odd location, yet it is very easy to get to and from. Very close to the airport, but not too close. Score 1 out of 5 If you want a nice place don't stay here Anonymous, Minneapolis, MN, 2007-02-25 I was hoping for a romantic getaway with my husband instead we had a room with a bathroom the size of a broom closet with a wobbly toliet and a shower that had two temps scalding or freezing, the room temp went from cold to hot throughout the night, they try to make the room seem first class but really it is an old hotel remodeled to look new it is small and not all that comfortable. the staff weren't interested in our complaints or in helping to make it better, we checked out a day early. I wouldn't go here it is not worth the money there are much better hotels in the area. Score 5 out of 5 Good amenities Veronica, Minneapolis, MN, 2007-02-25 Shopping stores and Restaurant at walking distanceNice beds, I love the stile Score 4 out of 5 Very Comfortable Jennifer, Minneapolis, MN, 2007-02-18 There is a Perkins about a block away from the hotel. There is also a Denny's across the highway that has good breakfast and is a lot cheaper. The Le Bourget Aero Suites was very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable (feather top matresses). There was a nice sitting room in the room and it was separated by a wall. So I was able to get up and read the paper (provided by the hotel) with out disturbing my husband. The restaurant left a little to be desired. We ate there for breaksfast and the food was good, but there isn't much of a selection. I think we will probably stay at this hotel again. Score 5 out of 5 upscale for bargain price Anonymous, Los Angeles, CA, 2007-02-16 A major shopping mall is nearby. Also close to the airport. The Le Bourget Aero Suites was a very upscale room for a bargain price. The room itself was as nice or nicer than any expensive hotel I have stayed in. Duvet covers, nice linens, new flat screen TV and it was a suite, not just one room. The only complaint we had was regarding the service in the restaurant. Everything else was great. Score 5 out of 5 Cannot wait to stay there again renea, 2007-02-12 This hotel was great! The rooms were good in size and the decorating was better than any hotel I've ever stayed in. It made you feel like you were not at a hotel. The beds were sooo comfy and I loved the down comforters. The resturant inside the hotel was good and reasonably priced, however they were not open during lunch hours. The hotel provided free shuttle to the airport, mall of america and just about any place inbetween. Loved that the pool was open 24 hours but I missed having a hot tub. Cannot wait to stay there again. Score 5 out of 5 Girls Shopping Weekend Anonymous, 2007-02-11 My girlfriends and I recently stayed at this hotel for a girls shopping weekend. The location of the hotel is great, just a few minutes away from the Mall of America and IKEA. After a long day of shopping it wonderful to know that we were coming back to a relaxing, modern feeling room with wonderful beds to spaul out on. I would highly recommend this place! Score 5 out of 5 Enjoyed my stay.. super staff! Jerry, Minneapolis, MN, 2007-02-08 Shopping close by.I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The bed was super comfortable. Score 2 out of 5 Flip this hotel Anonymous, Milwaukee, WI, 2007-02-01 The hotel is nar the MOA,Southdale, dining theatres and major highways.Le Bourget reminded me of the TV show Flip this House... This hotel was recently redecorated with trendy wall coverings and art deco but cheap and somewhat tacky light fixtures. The entry to the Hotel looks like it was gutted and redone with coated concrete and cold and impersonal stainless steel in an attempt to pull off chic. After you get by the stark lobby and up to your room...you are blasted by the freeway traffic noise (and the cold wind) filtering through the single pane of thin glass. I thought the noise and faulty window might have just been the room I was in but after I moved rooms I had the same experience. After I plugged my ears with tissue....I awoke and departed. The hotel location is good and in an area with Multiple hotel choices. Unfortunately, the price point for the Hotel is high when compared to other full service national brands that are in the area. |
