Good dining options at MOA.

The rooms were spacious enough, but that is about the only positive comment I can make. The bathroom was too small, the mattresses were worn out, the celing was cracked, the bedding was frayed, the wallpaper was peeling, etc. It felt like a cheap hotel on the wrong side of the tracks. I'd shop around for better accommodations next time!

We enjoyed the hotel very much, everyone was wonderful. The shuttles were great right on time and very helpful.The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great.

Comfortable Room

Shuttles to and from Mall of America and the Airport

The Amerisuites Inn was a comfortable stay! Our room was nicely arranged and very clean. I would recomeend this hotel to anyone. We were in a two bed configuration with mini kitchen and living area. The room is a little small, but the way in which it is araanged makes it feal larger. My 4 year old and I had enough room to get on the floor and play! Great job!!

Nice Hotel. Close to the Mall of America and to the Airport. I also liked the Large rooms with a sitting area, refridgerator and microwave. It would be a good place for an extended stay.

Mall of America

The bathroom smelled of urine, carpets were dirty, curtains were dirty and hem was ripped out, bed linens were gray and very old and pillows were stained. Upon seeing condition of room we immediately asked to be moved to another room which was very inconvenient since it was midnight by the time we arrived at our room. We contacted the manager the nest with our concerns and I will say they did everything they could to make up for the inconvenience. That being said, I still would not recommend or stay at this property again.

I found it easy to get in and out of, I got in late, around 9 PM and left early the next morning for a flight home. The staff was available, attentive and friendly.

The room smelled smokey even though it was a non smoking room. The furnishings were old and out dated. The mattresses were flat, hard and obviously cheap. The bedding was old. And the pull out was to scary to open. I felt it was way over priced for the quality. Bottom Line: Its over priced, don't go!

Good space, bad odor

Adult hours for the pool from 10 pm to midnight was very nice.

When I checked into this Amerisuites, I noticed, after a short time, an odor eminating from one of the chairs - an overstuffed chair. I notified the front desk and they said they would swap it out while I was away. When I returned hours later, the chair may have been replaced, but the odor was still in that area. I noticed that it was strong on the carpet in that area - as if someone had gotten sick there. When I informed the people at the desk, they gladly moved me to a new room. Once in that room, I checked out the chair, which again had a hint of that funky smell. The floor was fine, leading me to wonder if they had switched my old chair into this new room before they switched me. This was done by different employees, so they may not have put it together. I stayed away from that chair and was fine. The room was pleasant enough and somewhat roomy, bed was comfortable and the heat/AC worked well. All in all it was okay, just had a weird experience and paid more than I think it was worth.
