Our only complaint was that the continental breakfast was next to nothing. The room had some wear and tear to it but it was clean. The one draw back would be that you are not close to any place to eat. Score 2 out of 5 A Disappointment Anonymous, Detroit, MI, 2005-08-08 If you are heading into Jackson proper it is very convenient and just a sort drive to restaurants and shopping.Convenience of location and the pool were the only 2 positive experiences I can share. Housekeeping was unprepared for guest arrival at the 3p.m. check-in (which in itself is ok)but the ousekeeper chose to tell the desk clerk "They will have to wait". Also, the room was only cleaned one of the 2 days I was there. Day 2 I had to go to the desk for coffee, towels and an additional bag for the trash that was not emptied.
