Most recent user reviewsScore 5 out of 5 Very accomadating Anonymous, Portland, ME The hotel is near Chuckie Cheese, and the mall, our grandson loves this place and so do we!!The hotel personnel were very helpful to us; our 5 year old grandson brought a video game with him and they actually brought us a tv from another room that was compatible with his game. The hotel is very clean has wonderful personal care items in the room, and their pool and spa are outstanding. We love going there and our grandson asks how many days before we go to the hotel again!! I always tell my friends what a wonderful hotel this is! Score 1 out of 5 Don't visit this Hotel. DIRTY!!!!! Miranda, 2007-03-04 Portland Mall is a few miles away, and the restaurants near there are much better than in the hotel.:)The first time I visited this hotel I was very satisfied with the entire hotel. This last time I stayed here, the room was very small, I was not impressed at all with the fact I did not have a refridgerator or Microwave. My only use of a microwave was that or the staff room. Which was really discusting. I brought my kids for a night of swimming and the pool was closed due to some child having a poop accident. The staff indicated that it would be opened earlier and that the spa would stay open later that night. We were told that we would be given a discount because of the pool situation, and the hotel manager did not honor that promise. I will never stay here again. And I plan on letting my friends and family know about it. Oh and the restaurant next door was terrible. The service was very slow for a almost empty restaurant. And when the food arrived it was cold, the waitress didn't even offer to reheat my soup. Yuck! Very friendly and helpful with directions. Location was perfect. Right off the highway and very easy to get around and close to downtown. |
