Most recent user reviewsScore 2 out of 5 basic accomodations Anonymous, 2006-07-20 Very near Kittery outlets and lots of antique shops. Near good food and entertainment. Near Portsmouth, Hampton Beach, and Maine attractions. It appears that this is a new ownership trying to acheive a comfortable level of accomodation. They have bought an old motel and have refurbished it. However it is not quite up to snuff.New staff totally mixed up our check in-got a key for another person's room. Toilet didn't work. Fixtures were from old hotel. Remote didn't work. Room was clean and owners worked hard to fix the issues. Very basic accomodations. Location was great. New pool was great. Perhaaaps needs more time to get place off the ground. Score 4 out of 5 Family Friendly Anonymous, New York, NY, 2006-07-03 Close to the attractions in Kittery. The hotel was conveniently located to the places we wanted to visit and our room had a refrigerator, which was nice. Score 5 out of 5 Convenient location Anonymous, 2006-06-30 The hotel was a short drive for shopping in some of my favorite store's in the Portland area as well as being close to Hampton Beach. The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for our family get away. It was located so that we could shop at our favorite store's and eateries, as well as being close enough to drive to Hampton Beach. The best of both worlds. Score 4 out of 5 OK for a quick overnight Donald, 2006-02-17 Kittery outlet storesWe stayed in this motel just as a quick overnight to catch an early flight out of Manchester in the morning. It's a little tricky to get to with rotaries and all. The motel itself is pretty run down. There was glass scattered in the parking lot. The staff person who checked us in did the job but certainly was helpful or friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Overall it's not a bad place to stay for an overnight on the way to somewhere else. It certainly was inexpensive. I don't think I'd want to stay any longer than that though. Score 2 out of 5 bed linens not clean Dave, Albany, NY, 2005-06-29 The bed linens where soiled. Had to ask the front desk for clean sheets.
