We are located across the street from famous Kittery Outlet Malls and only minutes away from historical downtown Portsmouth, New Hampshire and the beautiful beaches of York, Maine. I CALLED TO HAVE A ROOM CHANGED FROM THE 2ND FLOOR TO THE 1ST FLOOR BECAUSE OF A BROKEN ANKLE PROBLEM. WHEN WE ARRIVED ALL WAS TAKEN CARE OF. WE ADSKED DIRECTIONS TO A PLACE AND SHE WAS MOST CLEAR ON HOW TO GET THERE. IN THE MORNING THE SAME LADY WAS THERE TAKING CARE OF THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST SET UP AND DESK AND AGAIN WAS MOST ACCOMODATING WHEN WE LEFT A NOTE FOR SOME FRIENDS. The only draw back was there was no refrigerator, however if we had known we could have requested one. This will not hamper our decision to stay there again. We love maine and it`s hard to find a nice place thats near everything, we found our maine hotel. Staff was very friendly,great place. We were exploring Portsmouth, southern Maine and New Hampshire. It was just fine for one night and had a good breakfast in the morning. If we were staying more than one night, I'd pick something with a view of the water. However, it's very convenient to the outlet centers.
