A nice cafe next door with decent food. Also a cheap gas station was very accessible if needed.

The Hotel Six was OK for the amount of money paid for the hotel rooms. The rooms could be cleanser as well as the hall ways. The shower curtain was torn and would need to be replaced. Guess can't expect too much when you pay so little.

Bad Beds at the 6

Very close to downtown Augusta, ME. Also, very close to I-95 which has several shopping areas within one or two exits. Great location for central Maine

Motel 6 is what you expect. Barely presentable but a bargin. The beds were very squishy(sp) and you were only comfortable if you were sleeping in the dead center of the bed. Forget it if you are a couple, sleep in seperate beds. Otherwise it was convienent.

There are plenty of shopping mall within short driving distance.

The Augusta Motel 6 was very noisy. But I probably didnt expect much better for the price.
