The walls were dirty and had to be wiped down after she got there. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the chair in the room was stained and had cigarette burns. It was not a very nice experience. We HAVE used Extended Stay America hotels in the past and have been pleased, but this particular hotel was not very well taken care of. The only good thing was they refunded my money for my stay. |
