Good business location

The only downside of this location was that there were only fast-food restaurants within about 10 miles in any direction from the motel. This is OK if you're aware of it, but don't waste any time looking for elegant dining in the area.
This motel is very well located for business travelers needing to visit either Andrews Air Force Base or NOAA's National Centers for Environmental Prediction - both are within about 2 miles of the motel.
