Score 5 out of 5 Home away from home Lori, 2006-10-15 Short drive from several attractions.I was very surpised with the accommodations. Everything was clean and comfortable. I had a short stay of only two days, so I didn't experience much dealing with staff, but it was a great place to stay away from home. Everything that I needed to exist away from home was provided! The only complaint I have is that it's a little tricky to find it, but other than that, great stay. Score 4 out of 5 Good Value Thomas, 2006-10-07 SalemThis hotel offers a good value for the money. They offer a clean resonably comfortable place to stay for a good price. Score 5 out of 5 Great room amenities kelly, 2006-09-03 Close to Boston. We visited Glouster. Pretty much everything was close or within a reasonable driving distance.WE enjoyed the space & layout of the room. Kitchenette was a bonus. Walking distance from food was nice. However, the A/C didn't work well & the volume on the TV was stuck at one level. Otherwise, we would stay there again. Score 4 out of 5 My review of ESA Boston-Danvers David, San Jose, 2005-11-26 The location is a little inconvenient - a few miles drive to shops, and dining. Mall is about 5 miles south on RT 9.ESA Boston-Danvers is a very good value. The rooms are small but well equiped. Kitchenette includes microwave, stovetop, full size refrigerator, and the little important things like a can opener and iron/board. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wireless access worked well and reasonably priced (3.99 per stay). Talk to the desk to get an access number. Front desk closes at 9:00, so do this when you check in. Note that it's on the South side of RT 9, about half a block from the Danvers Comfort Inn which is a more visible landmark, but almost twice the price. If you are coming from Logan on RT 9 North take the Danvers - Center Street exit and loop around to RT 9 South. It's then a 1/4 mile on your right. There was upgrade construction occuring in Nov. 2005 so there is a possibility of noise on early weekdays starting at 8:00. It looks like they're working on a third star. Score 5 out of 5 very customer friendly Fatema, Albany, NY, 2005-09-05 They have a lot of shopping ereas. Something most women love.I enjoyed staying here. Ididn't like how difficult it was to get here. It may have been the construction they had going on the road. What we enjoyed most was we could cook in the room. I never came back from a vacation with so much mopney in my pockets. Score 4 out of 5 Pet friendly Katherine, Manchester, NH, 2005-08-13 There were movie theaters, a couple of malls, which gave me lots to do with my grand-niece who were kept busy, while there Mom was in the hospital. The Staff at the Danvers Hotel was very friendly and accomodating for my recent stay. I had to come to Danvers because my niece was in the hospital, and needed help with her children. It was nice to be able to have a place to go, that I could bring my dog, instead of having to put her in a kennell. It made my dog very happy, and us too. Thank you. Score 5 out of 5 Very Good, Excellent service Anonymous, Miami, FL, 2005-05-22 The best hotel I have ever been to. great service and best for the value Score 5 out of 5 Very friendly, and helpful isabel, West Palm Beach, FL, 2005-05-14 I HAD A LATE CHECK IN AND THE LOBBY CLOSED AT 11PM WHICH WAS A LITTLE BIT OF AN INCONVIENCE BECUZ MY FAMILY'S FLIGHT WAS DELAYED BUT , I CALLED AHEAD TO MAKE THEM AWARE OF THE LATE CHECK IN AND WHEN I ARRRIVED EVERY THING WAS READY FOR ME SO THE CHECK IN WAS SMOOTH AND QUICK, I ALSO HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY CELL PHONE AND I WAS ALREADY IN THE ROOM WHEN I NOTICED THIS AND THE STAFF WAS LEAVING SO INSTEAD OF HAVING TO GO TO THE FRONT DESK TO AUTHORIZE ANOTHER CHARGE TO PUT THE PHONE ON THEY GLADLY TURNED THE ROOM PHONE ON AND WAITED TILL I CHECKED OUT TO PLAY THE DIFFERENCE. WHICH ALOTT OF HOTELS DO NOT DO.. SO HER UNDERSTANDING OF MY SITUATION WAS CARING AND VERY ATTENTIVE. I ALSO MADE THE RESERVATION THE SAME DAY DUE TO A FAMILY EMERGENCY AND WAS GLAD I GOT AN EXCELLANT PRICE AND WAS TAKEN CARE OF WITHOUT EXTRA HASSELS THAT I DID NOT NEED THAT NITE.. |
