Most recent user reviewsScore 4 out of 5 not great, not terrible crystal don't expect anything fun to be in walking distance from this hotel.not upscale, not in a great area, but they have a shuttle so you can leave. All there is for dining, they are next to a Ninety-Nine. But I like the Ninety-Nine so it didn't bother me. I wanted to be in Harvard Square, and this hotel was pretty far away on a busy rotary. The shuttle driver was very friendly and polite. The room was clean and sanitary but very shabby with old linty blankets and beat-up furniture. Score 5 out of 5 Excellent Service Anonymous, Belgrade, 2005-07-17 Best Western Hotel Tria has friendly, efficient service. Very accomadating of guests of all ages. Ammendities plentiful. Very clean, comfortable rooms, pool, and breakfast area. Score 5 out of 5 Thoughtful Extras Make the Difference April, New York, NY, 2005-07-17 We were impressed immediately by the location, very near public transit, shopping and dining, with a Starbucks IN the building! Desk staff were full of smiles, and very helpful. Bed was extremely comfy, and no smoking as per our request strictly enforced. Separate work area with plenty of light and a comfortable chair, and the room came with an iron and ironing board, herbal soaps, quality shampoo, and a brilliant Continental breakfast, complete with make-your-own waffles, yogurt, cereal, fruit and bagles. Paper, pens, info on the Boston area and local events were found in drawers, and a Boston newspaper was complimentary in the morning Water and candy snacks were also provided in the room, for an extra fee clearly posted, but not outrageous. We did not use the pool, but kids from other families seemed to be really enjoying it. We were disappointed that there was a surprise extra parking feee, but I suppose that is normal in cities these days. Wish we could have stayed longer in such a delightful place! Score 4 out of 5 Did what I needed it to do Anonymous, New York, NY, 2005-04-30 I was in town for a conference and needed a place to stay. The Tria was fine for that but it was not a place I would reccommend for a vacation or a more recreational visit to the area. |
