HYANNIS IS WONDERFUL CITY. THE DINNING WAS WONDERFUL.

THE ROOM IS OLDER THAN ME AND I AM AN OLD MAN. THEY HAVE PUT A COAT OF PAINT OVER THE OLD WALLS. IT DIDNOT COVER THE CRACKS AND CONDITIN OF THE WALLS. THE CONTENTS OF THE ROOM WAS AS OLD AS THE ROOM. AT 11P.M. 4 ADULTS STARTED DRINKING IN FRONT OF UNIT NEXT DOOR. I DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING UNTIL AFTER 2A.M. BY THIS TIME THE FRONT DESK WAS CLOSED AND I DIDN'T THINK IT WAS IN BY BEST INTERST TO CALL THE POLICE. TO SUM UP MY STAY I WILL NEVER STAY AT THE CAPE COD INN AGAIN

I would not recommend the Cape Cod Inn to anyone. The room we were given had a terrible damp musty odor. We tried to open the windows, which were broken. The ones we cold open were off the track and there were no screens. The bathroom had only one bulb with two missing. When we got in the bed, it was wet, the sheets through to the mattress. We had to move rooms at midnight. The new room was better, but we had to ask for everything from kleenex to hangers to the pack of coffe, and there were no cups provided for the coffee maker. It was overall a lovely town, but a terrible hotel experience

Dynamite location in Hyannis

Over 40 restaurants of all types with 2 blocks in both directions.

The Cape Cod Inn at 477 Main Street is dead center in Hyannis. The Shuttle Bus stops directly across the street. Excellent restaurants are within a 2 block walk in both directions. The Duck-moble Tour is next door. There are 42 rooms, popularly priced. We did not have a car but took the inter-city bus from Boston. The central location of the Cape Cod Inn & its friendly staff made our 6 day stay a real treat! And the complimentary Continental breakfast in the attched "Duck Pub Inn" was aslo a treat...

One motel room for the price of two

We stayed in the Cape Cod Inn for two nights in the beginning of July 05. The rooms were clean and reasonable equipped, the staff was friendly. WiFi is available for 8$/24 hrs.. Beeing located in Hyannis you get one motel room for the price of two. Other disadvantages are the relatively loud music coming from the hotel pub and the thin walls, which let you participate in your neighbor's parties and pleasures. This is not a family-hotel, but for fun loving people not a bad choice.

Convenient location, right in downtown Hyannis. Problem was that there were pieces of furniture in the courtyard perimeter in various stages of repair. This cheapened the appearance. I had to step around pieces of furniture to get into the office. This repair work should certainly be done in a workshop out of view and out of the way of the guests
