There were a few eating places nearby.

It was comfortable, but the breakfast was meager with the few muffins cut in half!

We were taking the ferry to Nantucket for a day and were looking to spend the evening prior in Hyannis for a good meal. This motel covered all of our needs and was reasonably priced. We could walk to both the ferries and main street Hyannis very easily. The check-in/check-out was very good. The continental breakfast didn't open until 8:00 and we thought that was a little late for our needs and the room smelled very strongly of disinfectant - somewhat unpleasant. Other than that, it was a good value and location for our needs.

As in real estate, location, location, location was also excellent for this hotel, as it was just down the street from many restaurants and shops, adjacent to a wonderful scenic train ride you could enjoy if you wanted as well as the JFK museum.

The America's Best Value Inn and Suites in Hyannis, MA is one of the best values you can get for your money while staying anywhere on Cape Cod. The room was clean and welcoming but most importantly the bathroom was SUPER clean to the point where the tiles and porcelain sparkled. The room was a good size as well. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful; they even accomodated our late check-in. All in all, it was a fabulous experience and well worth the money my fiance and I paid for it!

Hyannis Melody tent for concerts, many shops & restaurants

America's Best Value Inn @ Hyannis was a great value in a very convenient location. The check in was quick and friendly. The rooms were clean. Continetal breakfast had a nice variety. The pools were well kept & clean.

This place is located right in the heart of Hyannis.It's in walking distance to the habor,the scenic railway,duck tours,and numerous art galleries and shops.

If your looking for a place to stay that's close to everything and are on a budget then this is the place. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and clean.They seem to be updating alot of the rooms.

There are several small interesting specialty stores within walking distance and the Hyannis Mall is a short drive-so when you come back from the beach or finish your swim at the pool there is a large number of great shops to visit too.

America's Best Value Inn and Suites Hyannis, Hyannis, MA was a great place for a great deal. The room was very clean and large. The shower and bath was spotless and in good condition. The beds were comfortable, though I'd bring our own pillows next time. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The kids enjoyed the in-door pool, which is large and warm. The location was great, right down-town Hyannis with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The rooms were very quiet. The complimentary continental breakfast wasn't much, but offered ceral, bagels and toast with juice, milk and coffee-enough to get by on until lunch and a money saver. I have paid a lot more for less quality and comfort on the Cape. Our family will certainly plan on going to this hotel again in the future and I have already referred several other families.

Just opening for season

there's lots of things nearby. Had no problem with it's location, just the place itself.

The Hotel seemed to have possibly changed hands and just opened the weekend we arrived. My husband and I go to the Cape with the Sole purpose of using the "Heated" pool for exercise as we both have limited mobility. It was so cold we were unable to use it. Vending machines were all empty.....complimentary coffee not available in lobby, just an overall bad experience for two people who are avid swimmers. The innkeeper didn't have a clue what I was talking about.

A short walk to the docks for ferries, restaurants, the JFK museum, shops. The location was excellent for travel on the local routes of the Cape.

A unique stay at Hyannis. The hotel was easy to locate. Clean and exteemely well maintained. A definite for a repeat stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pools were terrific - insed and outside- a lifeguard on duty. What a find for the value!! Nice breakfast refreshments. Coffee available any time.

This was a very nice hotel...clean and neat...not the most modern but clean and neat...staff was very friendly. Just wish it was on the beach! :)
